An amazing reunion with his family members after months of not being able to see each other. The incredible story is about an Irish Terrier named Duffy. He suffered a lot from health problems and had lost his sight because of diabetes.

But Benjamin May loved his pet very much and decided to take Duffy to the doctor to stabilize his diabetes so he could be able to undergo surgery.

After the surgery, Mr. May’s dog was able to see again!

So when Duffy saw his family for the first time after being blind for so long, it was a time of incredible joy for the entire family.

The communication of love and affection between the family and this dog is overwhelming in the sense that their language sounded a little different, of course, but the emotion, warmth, and unifying bond were mesmerizing.

You can see that poor Duffy is alright now that he can see his loving family again and would not leave him. The love that Duffy has is for his parents ‘only’!

This dog communicated his belonging and devotion to them only.

Before Duffy was adopted into the family, he was a rescue dog.

Benjamin found out that Duffy was abused badly by those who were responsible for him before.

He was kicked and beaten and after years of observing Duffy, he noticed the dog had developed a fear of men with deep voices.

So the already special family started to talk to their baby in higher-pitched voices and he responded wonderfully so.

Now, what is wrong with that? Nothing, if this makes Duffy unfearful and responsive to comforting voices.

Other dogs might behave differently, but this is the sweet spot for Duffy. And the whole family is happier with it!

Depending on a dog's past, he or she will behave according to the experiences they had.

And this dog reacts the same way we will react with a less threatening voice.

The excitement Duffy displayed when he recognizes his family made him ‘cry’!

The shrieking from the family may have been annoying to some, but look at the RESULTS!

It was a touching example of a dog showing enormous gratitude, loyalty, and genuine love.

Duffy’s tail was wagging at top speed with excitement to see his family. And from euphoria, he changed to ‘tears’ of crying with gratefulness to see them again and carried them home.

The crying is the sound of happiness for Duffy - he was simply overwhelmed by seeing them, after so long being blind.

Let us speak to our precious companions in the way they respond with the greatest affection and characteristics we desire.

They will love us more and certainly bring more joy into our lives every day!

It is really wonderful to see families really appreciate their adorable buddies and feel blessed to have them in their lives!

They need our love and hugs for sure. Their licks, hugs, and companionship are how they express their deep connection of love toward us!
